Portfolio – With a Different Eye
There is, I believe, a creative impulse – a spirit – in every person that seeks expression. My vehicle for this expression is photography. Growing tired of representational photography, I began to explore alternative ways of creating images with a focus on conveying an impression of what was observed and, frequently, of the emotional response. So new is this style of photography that it doesn’t yet have a recognizable name. Let’s call it Expressionism – a way of seeing with a different eye.

Kaleidoscope
Kaleidoscope Abstraction generally involves implication, suggestion and mystery, rather than obvious description. Robert Genn This gallery contains images of various and diverse things. With its constantly changing colours, shapes, patterns and lines, I am reminded...
Water Music

Meadowlands
Meadowlands I’m going to give you a handful of wildflowers so each petal that falls will remind you that the earth breathes, and the moon rises. Carolyn Riker In any spot where spruce and aspen have given up their hold on the land, meadows emerge. Often just a bit of...
