I often miss the gardens of Britain, the country of my birth. The soil of Northern Canada is inhospitable to the plants and flowers of my youth so I created my own – a hidden garden, a creature of my imagination. Many of the images in this gallery emerged from arrangements of discarded plastic destined for the recycling centre.
