Monochrome world

Although we see in colour, sometimes an image in black and white better represents what we ‘saw’ in a scene.  Photographers refer to this as ‘vision’.  Often what are mundane images in colour become imbued with greater significance or drama in black and white.  It is as if by removing the colour, we reveal the essence.
